Evaluation and Continuing Education
OPI seeks to maintain a high quality professional staff. Each teacher is responsible for keeping up with current educational information and advances in the early childhood field. In order to accomplish this and to continue to meet State standards, each teacher is required to complete two inservice hours per month and fifteen continuing education hours per year.  In addition, staff meetings are held weekly at which time curriculum, upcoming events, program changes, classroom procedures, and other ideas are discussed and goals are set.  The Personnel Director is active in communicating with teachers about performance and curriculum.
With the  knowledge, experience and commitment of our teachers, you can be sure your child will receive the best preschool education possible!
